Star guest comes to Ardingly’s big vintage motorcycle event at the South of England Showground in West Sussex

This year’s event, taking place on Sunday, October 30, is Norton themed with featured guest and Norton Owners Club President Mike Jackson.

Mike will give a talk about his career with the company in the 1970s and 1980s.

A spokesperson for the event said: ‘Most of the show is indoors, with displays of classic and vintage bikes and club stalls in the Queen’s Jubilee Hall, and prizes to be won in several categories for the best of the show.

“Other buildings around the Showground are full of stalls to browse, offering everything needed to repair or restore a classic bike. With tradesmen, specialist service providers, jumblers and private garages, it’s an ideal opportunity to find anything missing, from the missing piece to complete a rebuild to a new winter restoration project.
