There is something for all oil enthusiasts – and art lovers – at upcoming auctions.

During the first two weeks of October, Charterhouse hosts four-day auctions, showcasing a range of vehicles, from cars to motorcycles, convertibles to classics – as well as stunning antiques and interiors.

“There is a huge range of items from classic and vintage cars, motorcycles and old and modern art from a country house near London, as well as antiques and interiors,” said the auctioneer, Richard Bromell.

“It has certainly been full, with the reviewers traveling to help and advise clients and their hard work paid off. ”

First, the auction of classic and vintage cars at the Chartreuse on Tuesday, October 5.

The auction, which features vehicles dating from 1931 to the 1990s, includes convertibles, sedans, station wagons and sports cars. There are Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, Jaguar, Bentley, Ford, Volvo, Mini and Morgan to name a few.

With cars requiring full restorations to show the cars, this auction will be held at the Haynes International Motor Museum on October 4.

Then, in their Sherborne auction rooms, there are two days of auctions on October 7 and 8, perfect for antique lovers, collectors and interior designers.

There are hundreds of lots with 18th to 21st century photos, sporting goods and a Beswick collection as well as antiques and country interiors. Visits for this auction are from Monday October 4 to Thursday October 6.

Finally, Charterhouse is back at the Haynes International Motor Museum for its classic and vintage motorcycle auction on Thursday, October 14.

Much like their classic car auction, there is a large selection of vintage and modern motorcycles with bikes from the 1920s.

Triumph, Ducati, MV Agusta, Vincent, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, AJS, Greeves, BSA and Velcoette and many other brands of motorcycles will be sold.

There are projects stored in a barn, daily cyclists and thoroughbred sports bikes in the auction with estimates going up to £ 30,000.
