How old is Tim Gunn from The Repair Shop?
When Tim was a kid, his dad’s passion was vintage racing cars and people would visit his shop from afar for repairs.
When he was 13, Tim visited a bike collector and showed him around the workshop.
From that moment, he developed an interest in vintage motorcycles and his passion continued to grow.
He started his own company, The Old Bicycle Company, in 1995.
Since 2018, he has been the bike restoration expert on The Repair Shop.

The exact age of the star is not known but he has been in business for 27 years.
From there, the expert is likely to be in their early to mid-50s.
Opening up about his history with vintage cars, he said on his website: “Having grown up with vintage cars, it was only natural that I would end up having one.
“It must have been a 1930 Austin 7 Ulster that I bought in 1994.
“I then used it for many years in events organized by The Vintage Sports Car Club.”

Gunn is on Instagram under his company name and he provides fans with many updates on his makeovers.
His most recent repair was a Humber bike and he said, “It’s fun building a bike for a customer while listening to their music.”
His work on the Penny Farthing at The Repair Shop is one of the most revealing restorations in the series.
Gunn’s business is based in Keers Green, near Great Dunmow.
The Repair Shop airs on BBC One on Wednesdays at 8 p.m.
